As a Personal Chef business owner and member of the USPCA I solemnly commit to:

1. Provide healthful, nutritious and delicious meals at an affordable price..
2. Create menus based upon my clients' needs and preferences.
3. Use only the freshest meat, fish, vegetables and fruits available and only quality ingredients.
4. Maintain a professional and positive image of my business and the USPCA. I will always act in accordance with all state and federal laws and regulations particularly in the matters of food preparation and health standards.
5. Respect my clients' houses, property belongings and privacy, always acting discreetly and as members of his/her family.
6. Keep confidential all the information requested by our clients which we may know as a result of our work in his/her house.
7. Promptly return my clients' phone calls and e-mails.
8. Disclose all information requested by my clients regarding the preparation of meals.
9. Leave clear storage and heating directions for meals I have prepared for my clients.
10. Comply with USPCA. licensing agreements and modifications.
